Refund
If, after 6 months of implementing the Better Meetings by Design Framework and using it regularly, you have not achieved fewer meetings, or shorter meetings, or meetings of better quality, you can apply for a refund for your physical deck of Better Meetings by Design cards.
To start the returns process, email us at
info@bmbd.uk to inform us that you wish to return your deck. Please provide the following information.

Date of purchase.

Receipt or proof of purchase.

A summary of your use of the framework.
Subject to eligibility, you’ll need to:

Return the complete deck back to us, in the original tin, with no cards missing.
If your request for a refund is accepted, the refund minus the original shipping costs will be made to your original payment method.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the cards, in the original tin, back to us. A refund will be issued once the cards are received.
Once the refund is processed, your access to the Better Meetings by Design digital learning experience, and access to any Better Meetings Communities of which you are a member, will be terminated.

Exchange
We only replace items if they are damaged on arrival. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged physical deck of Better Meetings by Design cards, please email us at info@bmbd.uk within 48 hours upon receipt of the cards. Please provide the following information.

Photographic evidence of the damage.
We’ll happily replace any damaged items.
We’ll ask you to return the deck to us at your expense. Once we have received the damaged deck, we’ll return the replacement deck and credit our standard shipping charge to your original payment method.
