There are six main meeting roles. An individual may have a single role for the entire meeting, or they may need to adopt various roles, for specific purposes, during the course of the meeting.
The meeting leader must ensure that everyone understands their role requirements, and that they are able to contribute real value in that role.
Each Meeting Role describes specific tasks and responsibilities. Role clarity ensures the person in that role knows what is required from them during pre-meeting, in-meeting, and post-meeting phases.
